Applies to: Printing PDF e-books on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP. May not work with all printer makes and models.
There are a few e-books on the Inner Circle and most of them were originally written with pages smaller than A4… but chances are you’ll print them on A4 paper.
It’s not the end of the world but you will get big wasted margins around each page… and there’s a way around it.
You can print them so that you get two pages on each sheet of paper. This video shows you how.
This guide is just for e-books in PDF form, printing other types of e-books (for example from your Kindle) is usually not allowed.

Click on the play button in the middle to start it.  If you want it to fill the screen, click in the bottom right hand corner of the video once it’s playing or just double click anywhere on the video.
