Applies to: Windows 10 users with Creators Update
Windows 10 Creators Update comes with two new tools which are getting quite a bit of hype in the media, here is my view on them:

Storage Sense

“Storage sense is disabled by default, but once enabled, it’ll proactively delete certain temporary files, such as those created by apps, and files that have been moved to the recycle bin for more than 30 days.”

If I were you I would leave this turned off. But if you want to know more about it, you can read more here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-storage-sense-free-space-automatically-windows-10-creators-update

Shared Experiences

“Microsoft’s “Shared Experiences” allows you to start a task on one device and finish it on another, or easily set up a remote control or other companion app on a smartphone. (Android)”.

It sounds like if you have an Android phone/tablet then this could be useful… however “Unfortunately, only a small handful of app developers have bothered to implement it yet.” so it sounds like it isn’t that helpful (yet!)… Maybe in a few months, we can look at this one again to see if it helpful yet!

Hopefully, this helps you out! As ever just leave us a comment below or on The Clubroom if you want to know more
